What is the Wellbeing Score? [FAQs]

The Wellbeing Score is a score on a household level that helps you track your progress against your Life, Values, goals, tasks, and the progress of your key advice areas.

For the first time, you can dynamically see and track your progress, take actionable steps and work with your adviser to achieve what matters most to you. This is a powerful tool that benchmarks your achievements to your personal situation rather than the markets.

The Wellbeing algorithm uses the below weightings.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q: If I haven’t completed an activity on a particular area and don’t have a score, will that hurt my wellbeing score?
    • No. The wellbeing score will only be taken from completed activities. You will not be penalized for activities you haven’t completed with your advisor yet. For areas without a score, the algorithm will re-distribute the weighting evenly across the other available scores.
