Purpose + Goals

The purpose of this guide is to provide you with the marketing materials necessary to launch HALO to your client base. The goal is to provide you with the timeline and content needed to inform, educate, and introduce HALO to your clients so you can maximize your HALO assessment subscription.

We want you to be able to hit the ground running once you sign on with HALO and these materials are designed to do just that - to set you up for success. Below you’ll find a brief overview of the general marketing strategy and approach as well as a timeline for launching HALO to your clients.

Marketing Strategy Overview + Timeline

Strategy

In addition to this initial launch guide, each quarter you’ll receive an update marketing guide with content relevant to clients during that specific time of year. The content is intended to enable you as the advisor to engage with your clients on topics relevant to the HALO assessment while also jumpstarting the health and wealth conversations that are critical to building deeper relationships and providing better planning.

This content can be used on social channels, in email communication, or on your website to create a robust ecosystem of information that gets your clients thinking about how their various life situations could affect their retirement planning.

This guide helps you introduce the HALO assessment itself and encourage clients to take it and setup a meeting with you to review results.

Timeline

To maximize your subscription to HALO, you’ll want to start using it as soon as your assessment setup is complete. Below is a recommended timeline for introducing/launching HALO to your clients and prospective clients:

Day 1* - Send an email communication (links to email campaigns are below) to existing clients announcing the HALO solution. The campaign will run for 2-3 weeks, though it can be adjusted to fit your client and firm needs.

Day 7 - Begin a social media campaign based on the content provided in this document to begin introducing the central concepts associated with HALO to your audience. This should continue throughout the first quarter (or three months) that you are using HALO.

Day 14 - Post a piece of longer-form content on your website or LinkedIn page (or both) that introduces your audience to a more in-depth look at the concepts associated with longevity and health planning. This should be done at least once per month throughout the three-month launch.

Day 21 - Get a quote from one of your advisors or post a provided quote from an advisor on why they think HALO important for clients.

Days 22-90 - Continue posting the provided content on social channels, your website/blog, and via email.

*Note: Days refer to the number of days after your HALO assessment setup + onboarding is complete.
