What is the Your Life survey? [FAQs]

Our 8 dimension approach to wellbeing incorporates the physical, spiritual, social, emotional, intellectual, occupational, environmental and financial aspects of your life. We believe overall wellbeing is a healthy approach to living, doing purposeful work, enjoying good relationships, eating well and having a work-life balance. Although it can be different for everyone, we want to find out what it means for you.

The Your Life survey is a questionnaire used to find out what's important to you and understand how you feel you are currently tracking.

The Your Life survey is about fast brain thinking, using your instinct to guide you. It should take between 5-15 minutes for you to complete.

The Your Life survey will include:

  1. Introduction
  2. Financial goals
  3. Eight dimensions of wellbeing
  4. Connections
  5. Life score

What you need to do:

  • Select the goals you want to address
  • Let us know what is important to you and how you are tracking, using the eight dimensions of wellbeing.
  • Tell us some basic financial details to ensure we have the up-to-date base level of information in order to help you.
  • Tell use who are the important connections in your life.

What it means to you:

It will then provide you with a Life Score, a snapshot in time to track as you work with your advisor.  This information will help you and your adviser build on a tailored path to help you live your best life, and measure your progress towards it using the Your Life Score.
