How can I update my staff's details [FAQs]

Staff details can only be updated by a Practice Manager in the Lumiant platform. 

To update staff details such as role, practice office, title, name, email, country, and mobile number. The Practice manager will need to follow the below steps: 

  1. Log in
  2. Click on Settings icon
  3. Click on Staff Members
  4. Find the staff member
    1. Use the arrows at the bottom to navigate through pages
  5. Click on ...
  6. Click on View/Edit Staff Member Details
  7. Edit details
  8. Click on Save

From here you can update the required details in the platform. Please note that the email address must be unique.

For users trying to login after resetting their password; users must go to the sign-in page and select Reset Password. More details here: How to reset your password to the Lumiant site.
