Hosting Options

This section covers everything you need to know about setting up your HALO assessment page, whether you choose to host it yourself or have Lumiant host it for you. 

Hosting on Your Website (Recommended)

Ideal for:

Advisors with easy access to their content management system or development partner.

Benefits:

Keeps all client resources in one central location.

It is a seamless interaction for clients and prospects. 

It is an excellent way to nurture existing clients.

Hosting with Lumiant

Ideal for:

Advisors who find managing their website challenging or do not have a website.

Benefits: 

Lumiant handles the technical setup.

Client and prospect information and reports are sent directly to you.

Hosting on Your Website (Recommended) 

Visit this link to understand how to embed Lumiant HALO on your website. To get started, we'll need the following information: 

• Advisor names and industry designations 
• Physical address 
• Phone number 
• Email address(es) (Where to send the reports: advisor + one (1) additional email address as a CC)
• Company disclosures (for inclusion in the report)   
• The URLs for the pages where you plan to embed the HALO assessment button  
• If you need text or layout recommendations, you can view our HALO advisor pages and use the content on your site as needed. Visit this link for an example of a HALO advisor page. 

Once we set up your page, visit this link to find the code to add to your web page, enabling the assessment.

Hosting with Lumiant 

To create your Lumiant-hosted HALO page, we’ll need the following information: 

• Advisor name and industry designations 
• Physical address 
• Phone number 
• Email address(es) (Where to send the reports: advisor + one (1) additional email address as a CC) 
• Headshot (optional) 
• Company logo (PNG format)
• The page colour scheme   
• Company disclosures (hosted site & report availability)  

Customise the HALO Experience - Prepare for your Kickoff Call 

Lumiant offers a series of options that allow you to customise your client/prospect experience. During your kickoff call, the Lumiant team will discuss these choices to help create the right fit for you and your team. Please review the available options below. 

Call-to-Action (CTA) Button

Colour: Use the default below or provide the HEX colour that matches your company’s colour scheme.

Firm Disclosures

In addition to Lumiant disclosures, we can add your company-wide disclosures to the HALO report and Lumiant-hosted HALO page (if applicable).

Contact Form

Phone Number: In addition to first name, last name, and email address, add a field to capture the client/prospect’s phone number in the submission form.

Dropdown: For medium to large firms only, enable a dropdown where the client/prospect can select their advisor.
