Overview

With Household Summary, you will feel as though your workflow is seamless, quickly see your client’s information and progress for an easy meeting prep, and understand your client’s needs and progress prior to a meeting. Overall, we created a client summary page to improve the high-level client overview.

Key Household Summary features

Our Household summary will offer a high-level view of your client’s information and progress within the Lumiant platform and their own goals and wellbeing.

The updated summary section includes:

Household overview, which contains the Household name, Address, Familial relationships. (Note: Household name and the Address are editable.) Plus a small dashboard that shows:

Completion status of Life, Values, investment preferences module
Number of Goals in “To do” & “Doing”
Number of Tasks in “To Do”
Number of Active Key Advice Areas
Current Wellbeing Score

Included here is also the Individual Household Member Summaries, which contains:

Email
Phone number
Date Of Birth
External ID
Client notes
Last Login
Registration Status

(Note: Email, Phone number, Date Of Birth, External ID and Client notes are editable.)

Within the Household Summary, you can also:

Manage Household Access
Change Client Segmentation
Export Governance CSV
