□ Decide where to host your HALO assessment
□ Have your tech support staff add an embedded link to your website
□ Have Lumiant add the embedded link to your site
□ Have Lumiant host a custom page for you if you don’t have your own website
□ Set aside 60 minutes for a Kick-off Call call with your Customer Success Manager
□ Review the HALO How-To User Guide materials
□ Within the first week, identify your first 3-5 clients who you send the HALO assessment
□ Review initial client HALO reports
□ Prepare materials for the client meeting
□ Have client face-to-face meetings to discuss their HALO report
□ Print 2 copies of the client’s HALO report. One to give to the client and the second for your client file records. Attach the client report to your notes for documentation
□ Participate in a follow-up meeting with your Customer Success Manager following your client meeting
□ Set up calendar reminders for sending the HALO assessment to your list of ideal clients
□ Set up staff training with Lumiant
