Our team works to safeguard your account and information, but there are also measures you should take to further protect your Dashboard access.
To keep your account as secure as possible, we recommend you:
Use a long password, we require 8 or more.
Use a combination of letters, numbers, special characters, uppercase and lowercase characters. We require one of each.
Use a different password for each online service you use.
Change your password frequently.
Never share your password with anyone.
Keep your device’s firmware, operating system, and/or anti-virus software up-to-date for general online security.
Whether you’re at work, on a shared device, or using a device that isn’t your own, remember to log out after using your account to prevent others from gaining access to your account. You will be logged out after 30 minustes of inactivity however for security purposes you should log out after you are finished.
